DECATUR, Ala. — Construction is set to begin on South Brook, an 80-acre mixed-use development in Decatur that officials say will bring a new chapter of growth to South Decatur.
Land Innovations, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Decatur will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the development at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12.
