Following the Decatur, Alabama City Council’s recent approval of a landmark Development Agreement, Land Innovations officially unveiled South Brook, the long-term vision for the transformation of the former Historic Decatur Country Club.  The development represents a partnership between Land Innovations and Cook Properties, which purchased the property in 2017.
