DECATUR, Ala. — Land Innovations, the City of Decatur, and the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce gathered Wednesday morning to break ground on South Brook, an 80-acre mixed-use neighborhood designed to bring a traditional, walkable lifestyle back to South Decatur.
Developers say the ambitious project will span eight phases, ultimately combining a variety of residential choices alongside a vibrant neighborhood center featuring retail shops and office spaces.
